Culture of Accountability Takes Off In Vermont: Upcoming Events & Share YOUR News

There is a growing interest in building a Culture of Accountability across Vermont state agencies, nonprofits and within the funding community. Building Bright Futures hosts the 2nd Annual Early Childhood Data Reporting System (ECDRS) Stakeholder Meeting – Thursday, November 15th– Capital Plaza Ballroom. The event will review the Beta 2.0 version of the Early Childhood Data Reporting System (January 2012) and to answer these questions: Are we on track? What’s emerging in the world of data, policy and research that support’s children’s well-being? The coalition also established a Data and Evaluation Committee to guide the ECDRS Project. Threshold Collaborative in Bennington asked us to share the news about an upcoming webinar: Community Driven Evaluation for Domestic Violence Prevention:What Does it Really Take? on Tuesday November 13th at 11 a.m. to discuss the fundamental values, principles, and methods of community-driven participatory evaluation. This webinar will explore how to reframe participatory evaluation as a viable option for today’s resource-strapped domestic violence organizations seeking new strategies to advance and deepen the impact of their social change agenda.  This webinar is funded by the California Emergency Management Agency.
